About Me
Hello Adventurers,
My name is Philipp, I’m 26 and from Switzerland. So far, I’ve travelled to 58 countries — including a two-month coast-to-coast bus trip across South America and three months of backpacking through Southeast Asia. When I’m not exploring the world, I work as an engineer and spend most of my free time training CrossFit (pretty much every day).
I’m a restless person, always planning and researching new adventures and travel destinations. I love exploring new places, immersing into different cultures, trying local cuisines, and being open to whatever new experiences come my way.
I started this blog as a creative outlet, and as a way to not just always look forward to the next trip, but also to reflect and relive past experiences. My goal is to share helpful insights, practical guides, and the kind of travel information I often couldn’t find online before visiting a place myself. From packing lists for hiking to Everest Base Camp, to crossing remote desert borders between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, i got you.
I hope you enjoy reading my blog!
